Here is a man working through some issues, the issue of making a Brawler look as badass as possible. Check how Efra is just riffing on a theme but keeping it loose.
THEN he tightens it up, gets his direction going and gets out the fine grit sandpaper.

That sketch on the upper left is fantastic. Probably wouldnt work all that well on a hat, which is why it wasnt used i imagine, but its a great character.

Yeah Chris, I was having a tough time with this logo getting to detailed and vertical thats why i didnt use that top left one, but maybe I’ll modify it and use it for a future contest

Good job on not letting your initial sketches get too “fighting Irish” if you will.
Like Chris I’m also a fan of the upper left hat dude, but can’t see why it wouldn’t work just as much as the rest would? I love his old school steez.
I can’t wait to see the colourway and stitching on this one!
ps. this one reminds me of my Philly Fat Rats revision (in the shadow league, if you saw it?) just because of the toughness that this guy generates.
Off topic but are you guys behind the new hillsboro hops logo? It really reminds me of the hops night league entry
Yeah it does have a similar vibe, but I guess there aren’t too many other ways to draw a Hops word-mark logo.
It was designed by Studio Simon, who does produce some tight logos
